Capsule Filling Tools

To hasten the encapsulation process, we also supply manual capsule filling tools that enable pharmaceutical establishments to fill up capsules with powders. Our capsule fillers are suitable for vegetarian (HPMC) and non-vegetarian (gelatin) capsule filling needs.

 

Our manual capsule filling trays are expertly made of durable and eco-friendly materials. The tools are lightweight, portable, easy to use, and ideal to carry along on-the-go. They are designed for the sole purpose of making capsule filling precise and less tedious. Our manual capsule filling trays are available for capsule sizes of 000, 00, 0, 1, 2:

  • 100 holes ABS plastic (Blue/Orange)
  • 200 holes ABS plastic (Blue/Orange)
  • 100 holes Acrylic (Transparent)
  • 209 holes Acrylic (Transparent)

    Capsule Counting Tools

    Is counting capsules slowing down your production process? We provide handheld devices that can help you count capsules faster. Our capsule counters are portable and user-friendly and significantly speed up capsule counting for capsules of various sizes. The acrylic capsule counting trays are durable, safe and applicable to all kinds of capsules. They currently come in two variations for capsule seize 000:

      Capsule Storage

       
      Capsules should always be stored in a cool and dry place in tightly sealed containers to keep them from cracking or getting deformed. It is best to keep them in an HDPE pill bottle in your pantry or cupboard. Keep the relative humidity between 45% and 55%. The temperature should be between 22°C to 28°C. With proper storage, our capsules can last for up to 5 years.
