Product is good. But courier service was pathetic.
I buy most empty capsule shells from patco pharma. I like their products. But I just hope they find the best courier company to send our products. This time my order reached me very late. It took more than 10 days. It was send by shiprocket expressbees. Should change the name to shipSnail leisurelybees. I tracked everyday but it wasn't updated to the latest. Such a pathetic courier service!

Non-Delivery of Package
Dear Patco Pharma Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the ongoing delivery issue regarding my order, which was shipped via DTDC Courier. Despite the tracking status repeatedly showing “Out for Delivery” for the past three days, I have not received the package nor any proper communication or delivery attempt from the courier.
To make matters worse, there has been no support or follow-up from DTDC, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and accountability from their side.
Given this unacceptable experience, I kindly request the following:
Immediate update on the status of my delivery.
Consider changing your courier partner from DTDC, as their service quality is severely affecting customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely and reliable delivery through an alternative courier if the package cannot be delivered soon.
Please treat this matter as urgent. I look forward to your prompt action and resolution.

Droppers and bottles were broken
Approximately 30 droppers were broken and atleast 4 bottles would have broken. Poor packaging. What would I do with the remaining bottles when the droppers are all broken. You need to replace the broken droppers and bottles.
