Patco Pharma Orders and Cancellations Policy

1. Placing an Order
Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms that your order has been successfully placed and is being processed.
Prepaid Orders: All orders placed with Patco Pharma are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). You will not need to make any payments at the time of delivery.
Pricing: All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST and Shipping costs. You are not required to pay any extra charges when placing or receiving your order.
Order Review: Please ensure that all order details (e.g., products, quantities, shipping address) are correct before finalizing the order.


2. Payment
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through [insert payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, etc.].
Secure Transactions: All payments are processed securely.
OTP Sharing: Do not share your OTP over a call or with anyone other than the delivery agent during the parcel handover. The OTP should only be provided while receiving your order.


3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Times: Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

No Payment at Delivery:
Since all orders are prepaid and shipping costs are included in the product price, you are not required to pay anything upon delivery.


4. Order Cancellations
No Cancellations Allowed: Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your order.
