Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
At Patco Pharma, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. To provide clarity and transparency, we have outlined our policies for exchanges, returns, and refunds below.
Exchange Policy:
Customer Ordered Wrong Product:
If a customer orders the wrong product, they will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own cost. Since the company did not send the incorrect item, we do not offer a return pick-up service for exchanges caused by customer error.
Exchange Window:
Customers must request an exchange within 15 days from the date of their order. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange.
Company Sent Wrong Product:
In the rare event that Patco Pharma sends the wrong product, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to the customer and promptly send the correct product.
Return Policy:
No General Returns:
Patco Pharma does not generally accept returns. However, in cases where the company has sent the wrong or damaged product, we will consider returns. If a customer wishes to return an item for another reason, they must provide a valid reason, which will be reviewed by our team.
Condition of Returned Items:
Returned items must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused. Only items meeting these conditions will be accepted for return.
No Reverse Pickup for Returns:
Patco Pharma does not offer reverse pickup services for returns. The customer will need to bear the cost of returning the item.
Refund Policy:
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are not issued under normal circumstances. However, if the product received by the customer is damaged, a refund may be provided after the item’s condition is assessed by our team.
Refund Processing Time:
Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 72 hours. It may take 5-6 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s original payment method.
